Context. We present the compilation of Fifth Catalogue Nearby Stars (CNS5), based on astrometric and photometric data from Gaia EDR3 H IPPARCOS supplemented with parallaxes ground-based surveys carried out in infrared. Aims. The aim CNS5 is to provide most complete sample objects solar neighbourhood. For all known stars brown dwarfs 25 pc sphere around Sun, basic parameters are given. Furthermore, we colour-magnitude diagram (CMD) various luminosity functions stellar content neighbourhood, characterise completeness catalogue. Thus, estimate one third still missing pc, particularly types later than L8 distances close limit.
